World Leaders Mourn Kofi Annan

World Leaders are mourning the death of a career diplomat and former Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Kofi Annan.


The Ghanaian president extended his condolences to the family of the former Secretary-General of the UN and ordered Ghanaian flag to fly half-post in his honour.



The Prime Minister  of Canada, Justin Trudeau added that the world is peaceful and better because of his actions and vowed that Canada will continue from where he stopped.
Theresa May of the United Kingdom wrote, caĺling him a great leader and reformer of the UN:
Flags at the United Nations will be flying half-post too, as the world body mourns one of its own.
