Iraqi News reported Friday that the Islamic State(Isis) has executed 25 'spies' by lowering them into a bath of Nitric Acid, until their 'organs dissolved'.
The spies were said to have been captured in Daesh Stronghold Of Mosul, Northern Iraq, and claimed to have been working for the Iraqi Government Security Forces.
In recent times, quite a number of killings have been made as a warning and deterrent to President Barack Obama, who had said he would make sure the city fall before the end of this year.
The victims were tied together, and dipped into a large tub containing the acidic element, which is mainly used in the production of ammonium nitrate which is used in the manufacture of explosives, etching steel and fertilizers, as reported by witnesses.
"They are looking for ways to start to regain their momentum or regain the initiative", Gen Joseph Votel of the US Central Command said while briefing newsmen this week.
