Michael Douglas' son with Ex-Wife Diandra Released from Prison

After nearly 6 years in jail for possession of heroin and selling methamphetamine, Cameron Douglas has been released from prison.

Cameron Douglas who is the product of Basic Instinct's lead star Michael Douglas' and Diandra Douglas 23-year-old marriage was convicted for the drug related offences in 2010. Though his sentence was initially for 5 years, he was caught smuggling drugs into the prison, a crime is also confessed which warranted the extension of his 5 year-sentence to 7 years and in solitary confinement.

He is billed to released in 2018 but paroled  this year and living in a halfway house in Brooklyn, New York
