Ailes Rogers has been behind the scenes of most media productions since 1962 when he began his career as Property Assistant in WKYC-Tv where he later grew through the ranks to become the Executive Producer between 1967 and 1968. He became part of the generational establishment of Fox News.

However, all his accomplishments as a media personality was shaken by an allegation of sexual harassment by some past and present employees of Fox News including Gretchen Carlson and Megyn Kelly (of the infamous Trump's "blood coming from her wherever" remarks).

Gretchen's allegation came after her show was pulled off the schedule of Fox News and her contract with the media house terminated. Gretchen revealed that the sack from Fox News was a vendetta by the former Fox News Chief whom she accused of still reeling from her rejection of his sexual advances. Besides her accusation of Ailes Rogers, Gretchen added that Ailes was not the only person involved in the scandal and mentioned her former co-host for Fox & Friends Steve Doocy.

Sources also revealed that Megyn Kelly had confided in some establishment, such as The Lawyers, of her sexual harassment encounter with Ailes, which had prompted the screen goddess to resist supporting Ailes Rogers in the build up of the allegation despite internal pressure to do so.

Ailes formally resigned from his position as the CEO of Fox News on July 21 and had since handed over to Rupert Murdoch. Rupert Murdoch shall occupy the position in an acting capacity pending a new Fox directors' election. Ailes shall continue acting as an advisor to Rupert, but will never work or establish any company in direct competition with Fox News. The move of retaining Ailes as Rupert's advisor and his handing over to Rupert were to sustain the production tempo while the United States general election media coverage is prosecuted.

Ailes would however be paid about $40 million as severance package since his contract was expected to be determined until 2018.

Following his resignation, speculations were abound that he would officially join the campaign of Donald Trump. This speculations were not dispelled by the Republican Party Nominee, Trump who was specifically asked whether he shall be employing the services of Ailes, a well known Republican Party election strategist. Trump however praised the former CEO as "a very good person."

In fact, Donald Trump stance was more of a rebuke to the complainants. "Some of the women that are complaining, I know how much he has helped them. Now..., they are saying horrible things about him. It is very bad because he's a very good person," the Republican Party Presidential Nominee stated.

Meanwhile tirades of sexual harassment accusation have been poured out against the top brass of the media establishment.
