This is hilarious, but may be figurative!!! This is the current Nigeria Minister of Labour and Employment recently at Senator Dino Melaye's book launch.
Perhaps this is one of the reasons the agitations of Nigeria's workers for wage increase is not heeded to because the portfolio minister cannot relate with their pains.
