The security guards removed the "weird" bag at Chiasso, at which time the already discomforted "inhabitant" reached out to unzip the bag by forcing his hands out of the suitcase and then his head. Meanwhile the "suitcase" man's counterpart was found in the toilet of the train were he was hiding when he discovered what was happened. He too was deported to Italy with his friend.
