The Royal family were gorgeously dressed with her Majesty glowing in her lemon green ensemble. However, despite the the distractions of the day, it did not go unnoticed her Majesty's order to her grandchild, the second in line to the throne, Prince Williams to get up.

Apparently more engrossed with his fatherly duty by doting on Prince George while squatting. This perhaps did not accord with the Queen's expectations, prompting her to tap Prince Williams on the shoulder, while gesturing him to stand up also verbally ordered him to stand up. The Prince of Cambridge without hesitation obliged her Majesty.
