The late Muhammad Ali's story of greatness in boxing and humanitarian gestures cannot be over flogged, no wonder his funeral is a roll call of who is who.

Died in faraway Arizona, his burial could not take place within 24 hours typical of the Muslim faith. Rather, in addition to the circumstances of his death, his fame led to some accommodation. Reasons for such accommodation may be based on the nuanced culture of the deceased or his fame, the later being the reason for the delay in Muhammad Ali's funeral. To enable dignitaries to make the necessary travel arrangements so as to attend the epoch event.
