My Nigerian friends are not joking at all. No wonder they were
once rated to be among the happiest people on earth. When the news of the
"fantastically corrupt" took over the airwaves, many expected the Nigerian
President to hurl and wail, and causing a diplomatic imbroglio between Nigeria
and Britain. But no, he just made a request.
My Nigerian friends have already cartooned the scenario.
