Queen Bey was honored with her own day by Minnesota. This was declared as the Governor of the State, Mark Dayton and Liutenant Governor Tina Smith declared May 23rd, 2016 as Beyoncé Day.
"Beyoncé has influenced many young girls and women with powerful, positive messages in her songs and thousands of Minnesotans will gather at TCF Bank Stadium to hear Beyoncé perform," the proclamation wrote. "Now, therefore, I hereby proclaim Monday as Beyoncé day."
