Chris Brown's Baby Mama, Nia Guzman, had filed a custody lawsuit, for the second time, requesting that Chris' custody of their daughter be restricted, and also requesting an increase of her child support allowance from $2,500 -$16,000 every month.
She alleged that her baby Daddy's continuous affiliations with violent gangs and drug abuse is totally unfit for their daughter, and hence, Chris Brown should be closely monitored.
The Judge, however, struck out the case and maintained that they will both continue to have joint legal/physical custody and Chris doesn't have to be monitored.
