Chris Brown Mocks Man Who Sued Him Over A Hat On twitter

Chris brown has taken to twitter to mock a disgruntled fan, Marq Stevenson who sued him over a hat for $2,750.
Marq claims that he went to one of Chris Brown's concert, and had given his hat to one of his lackeys to take to the singer for an autograph. But, he never saw the hat back, nor an autograph. He took Chris to court and is demanding $25 for the hat, $225 for his floor seat ticket, and $2,500 for the bullying he received in the hands of Brown's crew.
